Returns

We absolutely want you to be satisfied with your purchase from 71 Painted Wines! We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged during transit. Please reach out immediately upon receipt of a damaged package so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible. We are also aware that in rare instances a bottle can go bad. If you feel as though you received one, just put the cork back in and email or call us and we will send out a replacement right away. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

71 Painted Wines will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. If a purchase is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping. If after one or two failed delivery attempts you feel as though you won’t be able to receive the package we can help re-direct the package to a local UPS Access Point where they will hold it for you.
